Job summary

Superior Property Management in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our residential properties in Southwest Michigan. You will perform routine maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry tasks and work closely with property teams to address tenant requests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with or the willingness to learn to use a software app for time/project tracking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled maintenance person to service our residential apartment properties and customers in the Southwest Michigan (Niles) area. Duties include general maintenance, HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing or carpentry work.
