Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Steamboat Springs, CO to perform daily maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. The role includes exterior upkeep, seasonal snow removal, and on-call support to address resident requests, with a focus on safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior of the property and seasonal prep such as fall cleanup or snow removal.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety and appearance.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
