Job summary

University Partners is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming. You will handle work orders, grounds and common area upkeep, and maintain resident relations within the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, maintaining a clean community, and reporting issues to supervisors. Must be prepared to assist with various tasks and perform spot-cleaning in model units and vacant units daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified HVAC license is not specified as required; relevant licenses may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Completing all routine service requests within 24 hours under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensuring the clean condition of the community at all times.
• Maintaining the maintenance shop according to policy.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager for review.
• Assisting in other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Spot-cleaning the model and vacant units on a daily basis.

JOBPURPOSE:

Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of responsibilities, including work orders, grounds and common area clean up and maintenance, and maintaining good resident relations.

PRIMARYDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities will include those specifically assigned by the employee’s immediate supervisor.

• Providingexcellentservicetoresidents,guests,employeesandcontractors.
• Completingallroutineservicerequestswithin24hoursatthedirectionofMaintenanceSupervisor.
• Ensuringthecleanconditionofthecommunityatalltimes.
• Maintainingthemaintenanceshopaccordingtopolicy.

Qualifications:
