Job summary

Stevenson Oaks, operated by Methodist Retirement Communities, in Fort Worth, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the senior living environment safe and well-maintained. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and Make Ready tasks while ensuring apartments meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Handle Make Ready duties, including preparing apartments for new move-ins and ensuring quality standards.
