Job summary

PineCrest Stevenson Oaks in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our senior housing community safe, comfortable and well-maintained. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, plumbing and electrical work, and support Make Ready preparations for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance, facilities, or skilled trade experience.
• Make Ready or turnover experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Handle Make Ready duties for new move-ins (painting, light carpentry, cleaning, repairs).
• Assist in maintaining community grounds and common areas.
• Support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Be available for emergency on-call rotation as needed.
