Guest Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance, drive shuttles, and handle repairs. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of maintenance experience are required, with proficiency in basic computer tasks.
You will use maintenance software to document work, participate in safety inspections, and support recycling and landscaping duties as needed. This role requires flexibility including weekends and inclement weather readiness.

Attending calls, room preventive maintenace, The successful candidate will have the capability to perform various maintenance tasks including, painting, dry wall repair, lawn care, and other assigments. As well as the ability to diagnose and repair kitchen equipment and other equipment. Must hold a valid driver license.
