Attending calls, room preventive maintenace, The successful candidate will have the capability to perform various maintenance tasks including, painting, dry wall repair, lawn care, and other assigments. As well as the ability to diagnose and repair kitchen equipment and other equipment. Must hold a valid driver license.Job Description:**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Driving shuttles* Safely drive vehicle over specified routes or to specified destinations adhering strictly to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations and state laws to ensure that passengers have a smooth and safe ride.
