You will maintain the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal while providing professional service to residents. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires 1+ years of related maintenance or construction experience and a customer-service mindset. On-call duties may be required.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The pay range is $21-$23 per hour, plus an annual bonus.
