Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Lawrence, KS to uphold safety, appearance, and maintenance standards across the property. You will maintain grounds and common areas, while delivering professional service to residents and contributing to curb appeal.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role offers a competitive pay range of $22-$23 per hour plus commission and includes comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.
