Job summary

Normandy Farms Estates is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) in Blue Bell, PA. You will focus on maintenance and improvement of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related systems, while supporting the preventative maintenance program.

Shift is M-F 7:30am-4pm with some weekends as needed. We offer strong benefits including health, FSA, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) with company match after one year, paid time off and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and wellness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge of electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration or sprinkler systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Certified pool operator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water, carpentry and pipe systems.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
