Northwind Meadows Partners is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role requires hands-on skills to maintain our facilities and respond to maintenance requests.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, inspect equipment, and collaborate with the facilities team to keep systems running smoothly. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors/in varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
