Bader is expanding into Texas and seeks a Maintenance Technician for Markethaus 3700. This on-site, full-time role involves a range of skilled repairs and preventive maintenance across building systems, with no on-call hours.

You will help prepare vacant units and support property operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should have at least five years of maintenance experience, plus proficiency with high-rise/multi-family properties, pools, and low-voltage systems.

• Minimum five years experience in building maintenance.
• Experience in high-rise/multi-family properties, pools, and low-voltage systems is expected.

Responsabilités

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Licenses/Certifications Required:

This level of technician is required to have the licenses and certifications necessary for the property(s) worked at.

• EPA
• MPO

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors and other parts of the building.
• Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.
• Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
• Install, repair (including soldering) and maintain various plumbing; heating and air conditioning fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding.
• Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g. washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwashers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Complete minor work orders such as snake toilets/drains, repair/replace leaking faucets, remove/replace caulking, replace different components of toilets, adjust/replace door closures, and replace locks, deadbolts and passage locks.
• Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
