Paramount Senior Living in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a maintenance assistant to perform general building maintenance and repairs in a full-time role. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, respond to requests promptly, and help maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift/carry items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
