Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician in Richland, WA, to keep our senior living community in top shape. You will handle drywall repair, painting touch-ups, and room turnovers, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall, painting and general maintenance.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Repair drywall throughout the community and resident suites.
• Touch up painting and/or repainting resident suites as needed.
• Complete room turns after a resident moves out to prepare the suite for a new occupant.
• Troubleshoot and fix maintenance needs for residents and the community.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure repairs are done right and at the right price.
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, vendors, and providers.
