You will handle general maintenance, follow work orders, and assist with grounds and deliveries while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to respond to site emergencies.
• Familiar with basic maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Works within the work-order system and completes requested tasks.
• Performs general maintenance (light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC).
• Uses tools and chemicals properly; delivers packages.
• Maintains common areas and grounds; assists residents and staff as needed.
