Job summary

Seneca Place is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Verona, PA team. You will handle daily upkeep, troubleshoot building systems, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and resident comfort.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and a valid driver's license. Expect a collaborative environment with competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or related trade.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality property management is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, tiling, and painting.
• Respond to and resolve daily work orders from residents and department heads.
• Assist with monitoring and light troubleshooting of facility systems (HVAC, lighting, alarms).
• Execute preventative maintenance per the calendar to maintain safety and equipment life.
• Support safety and compliance, keeping walkways and exits hazard-free; assist with weather-related protocols.
