Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow daily maintenance schedules and complete tasks.
• Report accidents and coordinate with nursing services as needed.
• Perform routine repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment.
