Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid PA driver license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks per daily work orders, including light bulbs, filters, temperature and safety monitoring.
• Transport residents using the facility vehicle and ensure it is safe to operate.
• Perform floor care: cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet shampooing.
• Care for grounds: mowing, snow removal, landscaping, weed control.
• Report hazards to supervisor and follow infection control and fire safety policies.
• Replenish supplies and maintain maintenance equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy.

Skills
