A senior living community in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. This position involves coordinating maintenance services, ensuring the residence is in good repair, and responding to all repair needs. Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as a Maintenance technician in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Desire to work with older adults. Must be able to react in an emergency situation.
• Must be 21 years of age. Must have a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Must have physical exam by a licensed physician. Must have a negative drug screen.
