Responsibilities include operating HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, electrical work, fire safety checks, and general upkeep. The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Uses pressure washer as requested.
• Uses electrical tools and equipment (voltmeter, drills, saws).
• Performs water temperature tests as scheduled.
• Tests fire alarm systems as needed.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing tasks (unclogging hair traps, toilets, pipes).
• Maintains electrical outlets and lighting; rewires or replaces wiring in equipment.
• Installs/checks batteries in smoke alarms.
• Assists in fire drills and extinguisher checks.
• Paints interior/exterior; wallpapering may be included.
• Maintains grounds (garbage-free, mowing, trimming).
• Performs unscheduled maintenance and generator testing.
• Supports major cleaning projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
