Brightview Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Associate in Alexandria, VA, to perform repairs, fix faucets, replace light fixtures, paint, and help implement safety protocols. You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates, and help prepare apartment homes for new residents.

You should have prior maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy busy, varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
• Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
