Qualifications

• Prior Maintenance, Housekeeping, and/or Janitorial experience required.
• Ability to fix diverse tasks and a positive attitude.
• Must enjoy working with people and staying busy.

Responsibilities

• Perform various Maintenance repairs, including fixing faucets and replacing light fixtures.
• Respond to Maintenance requests from residents and associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
