The Wealshire in Medina, MN, is seeking a meticulous and self-motivated maintenance technician to support daily operations in a premier dementia and Alzheimer’s care community.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and emergency maintenance needs. Occasional flexibility may be required based on facility needs.

Aufgaben

• Performs preventative maintenance on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis (filters, ice machines, lighting).
• Performs minor repairs (toilets, sinks, door closures, windows, blinds).
• Remains responsible for snow/ice removal and light landscaping; maintains parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintains and repairs appliances (refrigerators, freezers, dryers, washers).
• Performs interior painting, staining and drywall repair.
• Assists in moving residents’ belongings to rooms.
• Maintains/repairs water fountains; documents maintenance work.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests; participates in on-call rotation.
• Offers ideas for improvements.
