Job summary

Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of residential apartments and public areas. You will perform routine and emergency repairs using general maintenance skills and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure campus buildings remain safe and welcoming.

The role requires effective communication with residents and staff, 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED, and prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential building maintenance preferred.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Completes all work orders with detailed information about tasks and equipment.
• Assists other Maintenance and HVAC personnel, including campus snow removal.
• Maintains proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus.
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff under general supervision.
