• Experience in residential building maintenance preferred.
• Good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments and public areas, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors and locks.
• Respond to emergency calls for system failures.
• Complete work orders with detailed task and equipment information.
• Assist other maintenance and HVAC staff on campus projects and snow removal.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for timely task completion.
