Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System).
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition.
• Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
