Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our campus maintenance team. This full-time role includes day shifts with rotating weekends & holidays, performing routine repairs and coordinating with residents to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment safe and welcoming.

You will handle repairs, preventative tasks, and safety reporting while prioritizing resident comfort and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly (TELS System).
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe condition.
• Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
