Job summary

Madison Oaks in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team. You’ll perform day-to-day repairs, respond to service requests, and ensure apartments are safe and move-in ready, contributing to a high-quality resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of multifamily maintenance experience and solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests.
• Ensure apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
• Work with vendors on landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized.
