Summary

The Maintenance Technician will perform quality routine and preventive maintenance and repairs across several buildings and properties to ensure a safe environment for all.

Compensation

Pay is dependent upon experience and credentials. Range $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs in Sarasota (building and equipment)
• Troubleshoot and repair building and facility equipment
• Ensure the safety of the work area and equipment
• Assist with grounds maintenance

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum five years of multi‑faceted property maintenance experience required

Competencies

• Working knowledge of general building systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
