Job summary

Puratos is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across our manufacturing plant. You will collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure continuous operation and timely repairs, with a shift from 4 am to 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday, often including Saturdays.

The role includes handling steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems, fabricating components, and managing CMMS work orders.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
Experience with sanitary systems.
Able to operate forklifts and lifting equipment.
Familiar with pumps, gearboxes, steam traps.
Comfortable with heights and lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control equipment.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain output.
Provide support for engineering projects plant-wide.
Operate and maintain Steam, Refrigeration, and Wastewater systems.
Fabricate components and tools as needed.
Enter work orders and manage CMMS; process SAP requisitions.
Prioritize safety and adherence to GMP.
