Urban Renaissance Group in Bellevue, WA seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safety programs, inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, and assist with building operations. You will follow engineering standards, document activities, and ensure compliance with codes while communicating effectively with team and vendors.

The role emphasizes energy conservation, daily log entries, safe equipment use, and accurate reporting of building conditions.

Formación

• Certification meeting OSHA/ACM awareness training requirements.
• Possess a Washington State Labor and Industries 07 electrical training card to accumulate hours toward journeyman 07.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License required.
• City of Seattle boiler and refrigeration licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of energy conservation, lighting controls, and HVAC scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate procurement and inventory of parts using the purchase order system.
• Provide high level customer service to tenants, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Maintenance and housekeeping of all mechanical, electrical, and work areas; surface cleaning as needed.
• Foster safety and energy conservation, and document engineering activities.
• Make daily entries in building logbooks and maintain records.
• Inspect safety equipment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Perform routine maintenance including AHU components, filters, belts, coils, etc.
• Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Replace lighting, ballasts, and lighting relays as needed.
• Support compliance with URG safety manual and regulations.
