Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose, repair, and replace various systems for customers. The role involves documenting tests, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, and tracking parts used.

Candidates should be capable of working with supervision and maintaining a clean, safe work area on site in Charleston, SC. The position requires a trade-related certification or college/tech school background, with at least 1 year of service

Qualifications

Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
