Berkshire Residential Investments in Texas is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to help preserve the property's physical attributes and uphold safety standards for residents. You will support management, perform essential upkeep, and help maintain a welcoming community environment.

You will work with appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks and use computers to document work orders. A reliable, team-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year prior experience in maintenance for a community.
• Written and spoken English proficiency; ability to use computers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management in upholding standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining shop, equipment, inventory control, and key security.
• Be an inspector; ensure curb appeal and property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.

• Provide complete support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its' best
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
• You are able to use computers and related applications
• You are the ultimate jack of all trades!
