Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain community facilities, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. You will work on site, deliver quality service to residents and teammates, and uphold safety standards with a proactive, jack-of-all-trades mindset.

We value hands-on skills, the ability to write and speak English clearly, and comfort using computers and related applications to track work orders and inventory.

Qualifications

• At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Able to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management in upholding community standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, equipment, inventory control and security.
• Be an inspector to maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
