Job summary

DeKalb Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on all plant equipment in a temperature controlled environment. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and rapid repair to minimize downtime.

Hours are 5am-5pm dayshift or 5pm-5am night shift with rotating 3 on 4 off and 4 on 3 off schedules. Overtime may be required, and candidates should be able to read equipment manuals and work with various machines and controls.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment screens.
• Experience with printing machines, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding and electrical work preferred.
• Ability to work in a temperature controlled production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and run support of production equipment from a technical perspective.
• MUST have prior machinery experience.
• Respond to maintenance calls and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to keep machinery running.
• Read manuals and interpret technical information to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
