What Your Day Looks Like

As a Maintenance Technician, you serve as the right hand of the property team. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and driving the preservation of the property's physical attributes
• Supporting management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Enforcing all safety measures across the premises
• Maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control, and key security
• Inspecting curb appeal to ensure the community always looks its best
• Delivering excellent customer service to prospective residents, existing tenants, and teammates

Qualifications You Bring

• At least one year of prior experience handling the maintenance needs of a community
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building upkeep
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Ability to use computers and related business applications
• A true jack-of-all-trades mentality with a passion for quality service and excellence
