Berkshire Residential Investments in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our people-first team. You will be cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused and support property standards while maintaining essential systems.

The role emphasizes upkeep of the property's physical attributes, safety compliance, customer service to residents, and collaboration with management. Prior community maintenance experience and multi-trade skills are required; strong English and computer use are

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community.
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to use computers and related applications.
• Versatile jack of all trades.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates.
