  • Ability to troubleshoot multiple building systems.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and work order management systems.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial facilities.

Job description

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to manage a territory covering Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor construction tasks across multiple commercial facilities. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can troubleshoot building issues, complete repairs safely and efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining VIXXO quality standards.
