Job summary

VIXXO is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to service espresso machines, coffee brewing and water systems in Green Bay, WI and nearby areas. You will work independently to diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance while keeping accurate service records.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of field service, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This role offers $23-$28 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Job description

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory covering Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 per hour to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
