Allied Residential in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community operations by performing routine repairs, upkeep of apartments, common areas, and responding to maintenance requests.

You will work with a team, manage basic building systems, follow safety protocols, and participate in improvements and move-in turnovers. This role offers a stable schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
• Attend and participate in required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
