Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in keeping our properties safe, functional, and visually appealing in the Bellevue area.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician supports the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience plus potential bonuses
  • 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 6 and 10 years
  • 9 paid holidays
