Job summary

Red Tail Residential is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multi-family housing communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. You will ensure safety standards and deliver reliable service to residents and staff.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call availability every other week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use property management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation).
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-family housing communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. You’ll ensure safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to residents and team members.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, requiring on-call availability every other week.
