Job summary

Park Vista by Bonaventure is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our care-driven team in Port Orchard, WA. You will repair drywall, perform painting touch-ups, handle room turns, and troubleshoot maintenance issues to keep our community safe and inviting for residents.

This position offers a strong starting wage of $21.25–$23.25 per hour, health benefits, a 401k with company match, and on-the-job training with education reimbursement to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall repair, painting, and general maintenance.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Repair drywall throughout the community and resident suites.
• Touch up painting and/or repainting resident suites as needed.
• Complete "room turns" after a resident moves out to prepare the suite for a new occupant.
• Troubleshooting and fixing maintenance needs for our residents and the community.
• Coordinate and work with vendors to ensure repairs are completed right the first time and at the right price.
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, vendors, and outside providers.
