Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Davis, CA to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the asset value. You will help maintain interior and exterior conditions while delivering customer-focused service to residents.

You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliances, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and be available for weekend and after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and daily inspections.
• Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with turnover tasks.
• Respond to emergency repairs on weekends and after hours.
