Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Steamboat Springs to deliver excellent resident service while performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems. You will handle routine check-ups, complete work orders, and contribute to a high-quality living experience across our communities.
Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, solutions-driven attitude.
Competenze
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Mansioni
- Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
- Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; alert management of items needing attention.
