Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) required.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs on residential properties preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with painting and general upkeep.
• Document work orders accurately and track supplies and inventory.
• Support vendor management and carry out safety procedures.
