Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a 24x7 ethanol facility. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage CMMS work orders, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of basic electrical theory and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform basic welding (arc, MIG, TIG).
• Proficient in troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems and calibration instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and overhaul production machinery and facility equipment.
• Respond to emergency or unscheduled maintenance and perform scheduled service.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform tasks.
• Log maintenance in CMMS and manage inventory.
• Maintain safety policies and address unsafe conditions.
• Support plant activities to improve efficiency.
