Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance or construction experience.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• EPA Certification required or achievable within 180 days.
• Proficient with basic maintenance systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to preventive maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
• Respond to emergencies during on-call rotations.
• Train junior maintenance technicians.
• Inspect and repair building systems and vacant units.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds; support resident relations.
