Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.About the RoleProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.Strong mechanical background/experience.Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools, and maintenance software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and other documents.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.Must have the availability to work a rotating shift when needed, and unscheduled overtime.A refinery maintenance technician is a specialized industrial professional responsible for inspecting, repairing, and optimizing the heavy-duty machinery and complex piping systems within a food processing plant. Their primary goal is to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations by preventing equipment failures and minimizing costly production downtime.Key responsibilities: Refinery Maintenance TechnicianEquipment Monitoring: Oversee refinery plant equipment, including pumps, compressors, tanks, and blowers.
