Pave Talent seeks an experienced maintenance technician for an on-site, Fremont, CA role in a fast-growing environment. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance on reactors, pumps, valves, and instrumentation, with a strong focus on electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
The position requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Vocational training or certification is preferred, and you will work with protective equipment in a lab/plant
You are genuinely dual-trade, strong mechanically and confident with electrical troubleshooting
You like being the person who figures out what is wrong, not the person who calls someone else
You are comfortable working around industrial chemicals in the required protective equipment
You are happy wearing several hats at a small, fast-growing site, from a reactor rebuild one day to an HVAC filter and a lighting repair the next
If you want a narrow, one-machine specialty or a strictly production-floor role, this is not your role

5 or more years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
A strong mechanical foundation with real electrical capability, not one or the other
Vocational training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred
Confidence troubleshooting common electrical and plumbing problems
Comfort working in a lab and plant environment around industrial chemicals, wearing the required protective equipment
